In keeping up with the 90’s re visitation movement, we decided to engage because back then things were colorful, ground breaking, and fun. On this series of shirts, we paid homage to the whole Native Tongue era when things were confident, colorful, and expressive. This is the first series of tees out of many that will be launched for Spring and Summer 2010. Enjoy and remember Chilly-O products have been limited in quantity for over 5 years, to ensure you don’t get bombarded with duplicates and triplicates while you are styling. Chad Cannon aka Chadillac is a monster for this one, check out his brand new, customized Honda CRF 250R with Chilly-O Logo. Chad traded in his BMX Bike for this fine piece of work, I’m not mad. All custom work has a been tried, trued and tested by the great work of Roost MX. I wonder if Chadillac will let me take this bike around the block, keep your feet on the pegs Homey!

This is my first bout with editing in iMovie. Jason Mitchell asked me if he could interview me for his class project at the Art Institute of Atlanta, but I had a surprise for him. I became the interviewer as he became the interviewee. I simply wanted to teach him a lesson more powerful than what he probably knows.

Microbo, born in Italy, captivated me with her art style. I found my self re sketching, find something that I like in her presentation of of stringy, weavy arty style. I’ve seen Road Fools do this on their bmx vids, but I never saw a gang of artist pile up in a bus and go on a tour a creation. Really good insight during the interviews. The London Police, Jeremy Fish, Will Barras, Wayne Horse, Morcky Troubles, Galo, Bo130, Microbo, and Joske … + Landry & Limbo = whole bus … what a ride.

Time and time again as I get on my tangent about street wear, urban wear, whatever you wanna call it as it relates to the exclusion that has been rapidly running a muck. I’m here today to say, listen juudgemental cool guy, if Bun B is coming to your store to autograph hundreds of your customers shoes and garb, one must realize that there is an urban root or connection somewhere that you can not exclude. We are proud of what Chris Jibbs has built in the name of inclusion and the bigger picture, diversity. Please listen to his vision as he inspires and lights up the room in Union LA.
